Inventory Management System Reports:

The Inventory Management System reports can be requested at any time and printed on a standard line printer or a laser printer. Most IM reports are 120 characters wide (landscape), while some control reports are 80 characters wide (portrait). Also, the IM reports can be written to a temporary disk file for subsequent viewing in a separate window by using procedure 92V or 92W.

The primary inventory management reports are Product Detail Report, Stock Status Report, Inventory Master List, Inventory Calculation Report, Stock Analysis Report, Stock Replenishment Report, Product Activity Report and Price List. Each of these standard reports have several variations based on selection parameters entered online by the user. Preprinted forms are generally used for Packing Lists and Product Shelf Labels. The 46 accounting and management reports printed by the Inventory Management System from Legler Systems are listed below.

Notes:
 1.  Column "PROC" refers to the online procedure number on the IM menu.
 2.  Column "S" indicates sort option by item number, mfg. part number,
       name initials or Alphasort when 'Y', otherwise 'N' means no record
       sorting.
 3.  Column "B" indicates both online processing and batch job processing
       is available when 'Y', otherwise 'N' means no batch processing,
       only online processing.
 4.  These IM reports can be printed for a single code or all codes.
 5.  Summary reports are printed when the 'Entry Correct' prompt = 'S'.

In addition to the standard IM reports identified above, custom IM reports can be created, sorted and printed by procedure DB12 in the Database Control System, where the user specifies the data content and report format.
